Responsibilities

  • Create an inclusive yoga program for Babylonstoren that adapts to the changing environment and natural surroundings.
  • Host and lead yoga classes for hotel guests and staff, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Promote relaxation and wellness through mindfulness techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to offer various tourist activities related to the garden and farm.
  • Participate in the spa offering to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Yoga certification from Yoga Alliance or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Pilates instructor is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • CPR and first aid certification are essential.
  • A background in the health and fitness industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mindful meditation practices.
  • Availability to work outside regular hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work in a team environment offering diverse activities.
  • Knowledge of manicures, pedicures, and massages would be advantageous.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
