Job Title: Senior Rewards Strategist

At Paracon, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rewards Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative rewards programs that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We're looking for a candidate with expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive rewards and loyalty programs that meet the business objectives of Sanlam and its partners.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioural science principles and their application in creating engaging and motivating rewards structures that drive desired financial behaviours.
  • This role requires a deep analysis of competitor rewards and loyalty programs to identify best practices and opportunities for growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the STI and Investment rewards & loyalty program, from ideation to launch, ongoing optimisation, and performance measurement.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline the customer experience and ensure a seamless rewards redemption process.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Finance.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer rewards and loyalty programs.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful rewards programs within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of South African insurance and investment regulatory landscape.
  • Experience using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.

Estimated Salary: R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum
