Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage the CEO's email inbox, respond to messages, and escalate urgent matters.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure smooth execution of business trips.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, government departments, and industry partners.
- Prepare presentations, conduct research, and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
