Isilumko Staffing (JHB) is seeking an experienced Rewards and Recognition Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rewards and recognition, with a focus on project management and coordination.

The Rewards and Recognition Strategist will be responsible for creating and managing reward and recognition programmes that motivate employees, establish criteria for outstanding performance, and continuously assess and improve these initiatives.

Job Requirements
  • Develop and implement rewards and recognition programmes aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to recommend equitable adjustments.
  • Analyse and understand performance data to ensure accurate allocation of performance bonuses and increases.
  • Lead or coordinate various job-related projects through the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee full payroll process to ensure accurate and timely salary payments and compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure compliance of payroll, compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs with local laws.
  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of rewards programs and generate data-driven insights for decision-making.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
