Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Planet10. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Ticket Management: Manage customer tickets in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior support agents when necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical trends, and best practices to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical Skills: Basic IT knowledge, ITSM process experience a plus
  • Work Environment: 100% on-site working
