Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at AccorHotel in Mbombela, South Africa. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

With the ability to lead, train, and motivate front office staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead front office staff in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensure efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues, implementing and maintaining front office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing the front office budget and controlling expenses, while monitoring and improving front office performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations or hotel management, with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, with customer service-oriented approach and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, with adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
