Domestic Courier Sales Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at RecruiTech (Pty) Ltd. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new clients within the corporate space and managing our sales pipeline to ensure conversion rates and revenue targets are met.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure new clients within the corporate sector
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and pitches to clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure conversion rates and revenue targets are met
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and seasonality
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Convert new relationships into repeat business
  • Negotiate with clients and prospective clients to maximize profits
  • Develop and lead short- and long-term sales strategies
  • Promote our services and products to clients
  • Implement new clients successfully, adhering to our SOP, SLA, KPI, and RFQ requirements


Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience within the courier or express industry
  • Solid sales track record
