Nurse Practitioner

Pro Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our elderly residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer medication and monitor residents' health conditions. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and families to create and implement care plans. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Maintain accurate health records and reports. Respond to medical emergencies and perform first aid when necessary. Qualifications: Valid nursing license (RN or EN). Previous experience in elderly care or healthcare is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Flexible with working shifts (Day & Night Shift).
