Job SummaryWe are looking for an administrative professional to render exceptional Tourist Guide information desk/reception desk services on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for attending to in-person, telephonic, and e-mail enquiries, processing registration applications of Tourist Guides, and providing administration assistance to our unit.
Responsibilities- Rendering of effective Tourist Guide information desk/reception desk service
- Attending to in-person, telephonic, and e-mail enquiries
- Processing registration applications of Tourist Guides
- Providing administration assistance to the unit
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
