• Maintains accurate records and processes payments, adjustments, and reservations for guests.

• Collaborates with the team to ensure seamless check-ins, check-outs, and handovers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a hotel reception or related role.

• Strong administration skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and friendly demeanor.

• Grade 12 education and computer literacy.
