**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Performability Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and develop new business leads and opportunities within the Software Solutions space
  • Bid on and close new business deals, negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding current accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and grow revenue

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of proven experience in software sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies and processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance
