Payroll & HR Admin Manager

- Time and Attendance Management: Track employee attendance and working hours.
- Compensation and Benefits Policy: Develop and implement compensation policies, including time-off management.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local laws and regulations.
- Education: A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field is desirable.
- Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is advantageous.
- HR Experience: Experience in broader HR functions beyond payroll is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
