  • Payroll: Manage payroll processing, payroll taxes, and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Payroll Reporting: Prepare detailed payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Contract Management: Ensure employment contracts comply with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Benefits and Leave Management: Administer employee benefits programs and manage leave policies.
  • Time and Attendance Management: Track employee attendance and working hours.
  • Compensation and Benefits Policy: Develop and implement compensation policies, including time-off management.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field is desirable.
  • Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is advantageous.
  • HR Experience: Experience in broader HR functions beyond payroll is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
