We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Senior Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance and Risk Management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our clients' data and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and document customer risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements and CIG's quality standards.
  • Collect and assess CDD/EDD in line with CIG's regulatory policy requirements.
  • Review and update client and introducer records to ensure their roles and relationships are accurately reflected on our new iDCRM system.
  • Liaise and respond to clients and introducers within the scope of project requirements.
  • Contribute to a variety of team and company projects that ensure regulatory adherence to AML/CFT legislation, provide quality services to our clients and introducers, and support the wider Investment Operations teams.
  • Conform to the Company's AML procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • Undertake other activities of a similar nature within your capabilities in other teams, as requested by your line manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulation to international standards.
  • Full understanding of current regulatory and group AML/CFT requirements.
  • Ability to interpret AML/CFT regulatory obligations and apply in a practical and pragmatic manner.
  • Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of AML/CFT international regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Consistently perform allocated tasks promptly within deadlines and to a high standard.
  • Strong client communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of the importance of responding promptly to customer queries and providing timely feedback.
  • Promote trust in the workplace through open and honest communication with colleagues.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workloads based on customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspire and motivate co-workers by maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Think outside the box' to find a solution when a problem has been identified.
  • Remain task-focused to end result.
