About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion.

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Support the sales team in key planning and operations tasks to achieve the overall objective of the business.
  • Attain target goals through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Provide pricing and contract support by offering high-quality and competitive proposals to the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensure Sales process adoption and compliance and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Operations / Sales Support role, preferably within the Financial Services Industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
  • You are adaptable and excel in changing environments.
