Administrative Coordinator for Distribution

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clerk to join our team at the Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited Bloemfontein Distribution branch.
The primary goal of this role is to ensure that the drivers' jobs are thoroughly checked for any concerns, improve driver administrative behavior, simplify reconciliation processing, and provide timely information to the Distribution Manager.
This position requires a proactive and action-oriented individual who can effectively achieve results, collaborate with others, and possess excellent administrative capabilities. The ideal candidate should have:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Advanced)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Debriefing process
- Ensuring inspection of the driver's job for the day and identifying concerns
- Preparing and planning the driver's job to simplify recon processing
- Providing timely information to the Distribution Manager
- Assisting in ensuring drivers have accurate and efficient administrative capabilities
- Administration tasks such as capturing truck and driver documentation, satellite and interbranch reports, printed invoices, and follow-up on queries
- Printing invoices and load sheets after picking
- Reporting on deviations in arrival times of trucks
- Closing routes on ERMS
- Performing general office duties and administration as required
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
