Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, technical product knowledge, and experience working with multiple dealers/resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 4-6 sales people to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
- Manage relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and solution services to clients
Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a sales leader or area manager, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the electronic B2B space, with a focus on security distributors, electrical wholesalers, or ICT distributors
- Strong technical product knowledge and affinity for technology solutions
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of R250 000 - R350 000 per annum, plus commission, making it a lucrative opportunity for those who excel in sales leadership.
