Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Sales Leader

About Us:

Emporium Human Capital is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to providing top talent solutions for businesses in the electronic B2B space.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, technical product knowledge, and experience working with multiple dealers/resellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 4-6 sales people to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and solution services to clients

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a sales leader or area manager, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the electronic B2B space, with a focus on security distributors, electrical wholesalers, or ICT distributors
  • Strong technical product knowledge and affinity for technology solutions

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of R250 000 - R350 000 per annum, plus commission, making it a lucrative opportunity for those who excel in sales leadership.
