Senior Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department and ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs to achieve exceptional results in menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement innovative pastry menus that showcase creativity and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of expertise and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with the culinary team, management, and guests to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of formal culinary experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience as a pastry chef with a strong background in leadership or supervision.
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing and executing pastry menus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of current food trends and a commitment to staying updated on industry developments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Genuine interest in people and satisfaction.
  • Self-motivation to continuously improve guest experiences.
  • Overall knowledge of hospitality.

This is a live-in position that requires a high level of commitment and dedication to the team and the company.
