Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Customer Service Host to join our English Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers, improving customer loyalty, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Process and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (BCom/BSC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English (read, write, and speak)
  • Availability for 24/7 shift rotations
