Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Purpose of the position
The Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for supporting administration of payroll processing, leave processing, employee benefits, audit support and other administrative requirements. This role requires a solution-driven team player who can adapt to our constantly evolving healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting administration of payroll processing, leave processing, and employee benefits.
- Audit support and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Providing administrative assistance to the payroll team as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
