Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Attendant to join our team at A-Z Business Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with queries and resolve guest complaints in a polite and friendly manner.
- Make reservations, adjustments to reservations, and process payments.
- Compile invoices of guests' stays and perform daily reporting and handovers.
- Answer and direct telephone calls, and assist with guest check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel reception environment.
- Grade 12 and computer literate.
- Strong administration skills and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment
This role is ideal for a well-spoken and presented individual who can think on their feet and provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
