Occupational Health and Safety Administrator Position in Mpumalanga

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) professional to join our team as a Senior HSE Administrator in Mpumalanga.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OH&S administrator to work with us in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our safety management system, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on OH&S policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective safety management systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action as necessary;
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on OH&S policies and procedures;
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and accidents, and conduct root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to improve OH&S performance and reduce risks;
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an OH&S administrative role, preferably in the construction industry;
- Proven track record of improving OH&S performance and reducing risks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- A competitive salary range of R450,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience;
