About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished chef with a proven track record of delivering high-quality culinary experiences. As Culinary Art Director, you'll be responsible for crafting menus that exceed expectations and maintaining the highest standards of food presentation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase your creativity and expertise
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior chef or culinary leader
  • Formal culinary qualifications and a strong understanding of kitchen management
  • Exceptional cooking skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
