Key Accounts Business Development Representative

Established in Cape Town, The Legends Agency is a multi-skilled and award-winning team of filmmakers passionate about creating high-impact commercial films for their clients. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, they are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join their growing team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of B2B prospecting and appointment making in the UK, ideally for a creative service provider. As a Key Accounts Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales function of the business, reporting to the Sales Manager and Business Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment Making & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telemarketing, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn connections.
- Data Building & Enhancement: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, build relationships, and enhance data quality.
- Event Attendance & Networking: Represent the company at expos, conferences, and networking events across the UK to establish new connections and partnerships.
- Achieving KPIs: Meet set targets and deliver results-driven performance on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable Track Record: Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B prospecting and appointment making in the UK, preferably for a creative service provider.
- High Level of Resilience: Ability to handle rejection well and maintain a strong motivation level.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-Management & Prioritization: Effective task management and prioritization skills.
