Job OverviewThis role involves working with customers to identify opportunities for new business or retention, while providing a quality service and setting clear objectives for each interaction.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales and retentions, with a strong understanding of regulatory codes and policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to evaluate customer interest and develop targeted strategies to meet their needs.
They will also be familiar with performance management systems and stay up-to-date with relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for new business or retention and provide a quality service to customers.
- Set clear objectives for each call and ask relevant questions to evaluate the customer's level of interest.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of relevant products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain an understanding of organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
- Use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A matric or SAQA accredited qualification (essential).
- 1 year of sales experience (essential).
- Regulatory exam 5 would be advantageous.
- 1 year of retentions experience would be advantageous.
