Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and teams across the organization.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
