We are seeking a skilled Salad Chef to join our team at Blou Blitz Storage Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality salads for our customers.
**About the Job**
The Salad Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing salads according to customer specifications. This may include washing and chopping vegetables, preparing dressings, and other necessary ingredients for salads.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare salads according to customer specifications
* Chop, slice, and dice vegetables and fruits
* Ensure that salads are prepared in an attractive and presentable manner
* Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
* Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
* Perform other duties as requested
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Salad Chef, you will need to have:
- Excellent knife skills and the ability to chop, slice, and dice vegetables quickly and efficiently
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to prepare high-quality salads
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- A valid food safety certification
