Business Development Executive

At West Coast Personnel, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining great customer relationships and displaying effective communication skills when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- BUILD strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of their territory and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- 3-5 years experience within the FMCG sector
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and own transport
Salary: R 15,000 basic salary, plus R 3,000 car allowance & fuel card
Location: West Coast Personnel (dependent on territory)
