HR Strategic Partner in Talent Management

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at the Western Cape Liquor Authority.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of talent attraction and selection strategies, identifying business unit skills and workforce needs, and maintaining a comprehensive recruitment report.
Key performance areas include talent attraction and selection, talent management, learning and development, performance management, industrial relations, and employee wellness.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of government systems and applicable legislations and regulations, good communication skills, project management skills, presentation skills, report writing skills, planning, and organizing, problem-solving and analysis skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (NQF 7) in HR or Industrial Psychology
- At least 4-6 year's relevant experience as a HRBP or HR Generalist
This is a full-time position based in Western Cape. The salary range is an estimate based on the location, job description, and industry standards.
