Position Summary: Service Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Witbank branch in achieving operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient management and profitability of the branch
  • Drive monthly budget and profit targets
  • Lead the management of staff and fleet
  • Promote rental of vehicles through effective marketing strategies
  • Process invoices and quotations
  • Establish new accounts and ensure debt collection
  • Manage branch administration
  • Grow and retain the client base in assigned markets
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Resolve day-to-day client queries
  • Contribute positively to client administration systems
  • Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
  • Achieve branch targets
  • Provide quotations for existing and new business
  • Conduct regular client visits
  • Attend monthly Branch Managers meetings
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and staff
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Manage staff performance and discipline

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant post-matric diploma or degree will be advantageous

Essential Skills:

  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Understanding of client and market dynamics
  • Marketing and financial skills
  • Strong management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • General business concepts understanding
  • Ability to manage staff and nurture clients
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and trustworthy
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

  • Valid Code 8 drivers license
