Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans, promoting informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring comprehensive care.
- Enrolled Nurse qualification, with current registration with the Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, with a strong understanding of patient care principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
