Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients, initiating impactful conversations that lead to fruitful partnerships.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Focus on attracting new clients to the Stakeway platform and fostering long-lasting relationships to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Business Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and priorities. Maintain strong communication and nurture relationships to ensure they receive exceptional value from Stakeway.
  • Deal Closure: Take ownership of the sales process, demonstrating persuasive negotiation skills to successfully close deals that deliver mutual benefits and drive profitability.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies that distinguish Stakeway in a competitive landscape and facilitate client conversions.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Web3 environment, particularly working with validators and related technologies.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate high-value client needs, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, staking, and validation processes, enabling informed discussions with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, particularly Hubspot, to manage client interactions and sales activities effectively.
  • Networking Expertise: Established network within the Web3 and blockchain communities that can be leveraged for client acquisition.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, quickly adjusting to changing market conditions and client needs.

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
