Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

In this vital role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time management. You will also handle communications as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee office administration tasks, prepare reports and presentations with attention to detail, and provide event planning support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in administration programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with office management systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Communication Management: Handle communications, serving as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  3. Office Administration: Oversee office administration tasks to ensure efficient operation, including document management and office organization.
  4. Report Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Event Planning Support: Assist with event planning, client liaison, and project management as needed.
