Clinical Facilitator Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Facilitator to join our team at Jordan HR.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical training programs to ensure staff meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Unit Managers to identify staff training needs and develop solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on performance management and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- National Diploma in Nursing or related discipline.
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a private hospital setting.
- ICU experience and ventilator training essential.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and own transport essential.
- An attractive salary package, estimated to be around R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on location.
