We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fitters Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Guy in Newcastle.

As an Electrical Fitters Specialist, you will be responsible for dismantling electrical motors, testing runs on electrical motors, and taking AC data on windings of an electrical motor.

You will also be required to clean the core of an electrical motor, cut insulation, wind coils, rewind stators and rotors, dope, clean core, cut insulation, wind coils, rewind IP/Field Coils, rewind Armature, test stators, test rotors, test run, DC test IP/Field Coils, DC test Armature, and DC test run.

The ideal candidate will have a Trade Tested Artisan qualification in Armature Winding / Electrical Fitting or Trade Test with Armature experience. You should have at least 5 years of experience in AC/DC Electric Motors and be able to work efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

We require candidates who can work without supervision, under pressure, and be able to work long hours, overtime, and weekends as required by the operation. Candidates must be medically fit and healthy and reside in Newcastle.

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
