The Legends Agency is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans utilizing all relevant technology to ensure best-in-class candidate experiences.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify future workforce needs and create hiring plans aligned with our growth objectives.
    • Work closely with Marketing to develop and maintain our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring a strong presence externally and attracting top talent globally.
  • Process Management:
    • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across the candidate life cycle.
    • Ensure realistic hiring goals are set and progress is monitored against achievement.
    • Drive operationally excellent processes using metrics to achieve desired outcomes in hired employees.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly commissions for payment to the ITA team.
    • Drive efficiencies in reporting from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) into our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and provide accurate reporting to Senior Leadership on vacancies and fill rates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Build strong relationships with internal HR, business leaders, and other departments to showcase the strategic impact of ITA.
    • Consult with business leaders and HR teams to ensure clear internal mobility processes and adherence.
    • Support the ITA team in advising clients on TA and mobility strategies for all positions within the organization and ensuring creative hiring strategies are in place for hard-to-fill roles.

We offer an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a proven ITA professional with experience managing a TA Team, implementing ATS systems, and possessing strong knowledge of global recruitment market trends, we encourage you to apply.
