We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at an exclusive lodge in the Timbavati Reserve. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the lodge, providing exceptional service to our guests, and working closely with our team to maintain a high level of service standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare welcome and departure notes for guests
- Check guests in and ensure a seamless check-in process
- Meet all guests, check-ins, check-outs, and host guests and site-inspections
- Check set-ups for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and ensure the main area is always tidy and styled to the BOPs
- Host guests at mealtimes and check the smooth running of service from the kitchen and butler
- Work closely with butlers and Lodge managers to maintain a high service standard
- Assist with general administrative work, including guest Bills, day sheets, and gratuities
- Keep open communication with all departments and allow information to run through freely
- Help Assistant Lodge Manager with Lodge Operations when Lodge manager goes on leave
- Checking Arrival Rooms and ensuring it is to standard before guests arrive
- Assist with the Safari Shop when required
