Tactical Response Officer

To provide high-level security services, including armed response, tactical operations, and site protection, while ensuring the safety and security of clients and their assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Providing armed response and tactical support to clients and their properties.
- Conducting site security assessments and developing effective security plans.
- Leading emergency response teams and coordinating responses to security incidents.
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security solutions.
- Conducting regular security checks and providing security advice to clients.
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade D).
- Firearm competency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1-3 years of armed response experience.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to emergency situations and providing security support to clients.
They will be expected to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly and concisely, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will be required to undergo regular training and development to maintain their skills and knowledge in security operations.
The successful candidate will be required to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as be on call to respond to emergency situations.
They will be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness and be able to work in a variety of environments, including urban and rural areas.
They will be required to undergo regular medical checks and adhere to company safety and health protocols.
They will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
They will be required to work in a culturally diverse environment and interact with clients and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
They will be required to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
They will be required to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times.
They will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, and adhere to company values and policies.
