Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

At Rad Resources, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid digital media campaigns that drive business growth and online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated digital paid media strategies across various platforms, including Paid Search, GDN, Paid Social Media, Native, and programmatic platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and interpret social reporting, Google reporting, and revenue reporting to inform campaign decisions.
  • Analyze target audience characteristics, behavior, and media habits to develop effective paid multi-channel initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media channels to ensure delivery and objectives are met.
  • Track and quality assure proofs on paid media interactions, creative products, and delivery to ensure cost-effective and impactful solutions.
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, facilitating any necessary amendments.
  • Write communications briefs to ensure effective integration of creative and media.
  • Facilitate project meetings to implement and deliver campaign and/or event plans.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, escalating risks before they become problems.
  • Report on completed projects, costings, and progress against deadlines.
  • Perform data analysis of paid activity on a monthly basis.
  • Regularly review performance within Google Analytics.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work with marketing teams to drive content creation for paid media channels.
Requirements:
  • 3-year Bachelor's Degree/NQF Level 7 in Marketing, Communication, or Journalism.
  • GAIQ certification (Google Analytics Certification) is an advantage.
  • 5 years of successful experience in paid digital media planning and campaign management.
