Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd).

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and analyze sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum matric qualification.
  • 5 years of proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • 3 years' experience in the Learning and Development sector.
  • Must have own car and valid driver's license.
