Migration Support Specialist

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Training & Migration Consultant to join our team. This dynamic role involves creating and managing training plans with customers, reporting on training progress, and working directly with clients to coordinate each project to completion.

This exciting opportunity allows you to communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders, identify potential areas of improvement, and take action to ensure that the training plan stays on track.

You will provide system training to customers, offer customer support, resolve queries, recommend solutions, and guide users through features and functionalities on the system.

Additionally, you will assist with preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customers.

With a salary of R 20 000 per month, this position offers a competitive compensation package. Based in Somerset West, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients and contribute to their success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Previous experience in the Property/Rental industry will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
  • Excel proficiency intermediate
  • Customer service/support experience will be advantageous

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
