We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Consultant to join our team at Recruitment Matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by achieving targets and expanding our customer base.
  • Ensure timely and efficient servicing of existing customers, meeting predetermined schedules and expectations.
  • Update customer information accurately and in line with company requirements.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, leveraging cold calls to expand our sales territory.
  • Manage payment collections and credit control processes effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.
  • Afrikaans language skills are an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' sales experience in a relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of the auto industry is an advantage.
  • Key account management experience will be beneficial.
  • A valid and legal driver's license with no endorsements.
  • South African citizenship.
  • Residence in the Kroonstad area.
  • A clean credit history and no disciplinary records.
