Conveyancing Specialist

Red Rock Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join a leading Legal Firm in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and be able to handle the entire process with precision and efficiency.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for registering subdivisions, consolidations, and servitudes, as well as drafting commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial).
• They will also handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication, and liaison with relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registration of subdivision, consolidation, and servitude documents
• Drafting of commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial)
• Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency
• Facilitating and finalizing cancellations
• Assisting with property transfers and related legal procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and files

Requirements:

• Maturity / National Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a conveyancing environment
• Experience as a paralegal with transfer and bond experience at FNB, Standard Bank, and Nedbank

Estimated Salary: R350,000 - R450,000 per annum
