Job Description

As an HR Assistant at People Dimension, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of our recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering the recruitment process from posting job ads to arranging interviews.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and files.
  • Providing support with legislative documents and organizational development initiatives.
  • Communicating effectively with staff members to ensure they adhere to company values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English (second language).
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of office administration experience, preferably in an HR environment.
  • Understanding of HR terminology.
  • Reliable private transportation.
  • Stable employment record.
