Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at The Legends Agency. This role focuses on supporting our Generalist Recruiters by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various positions.

The ideal candidate will excel in building pipelines, managing relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and professional cover pages for submission to Recruitment Consultants.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and gather feedback for candidate submissions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
  • Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand job specifications, hiring preferences, and timelines.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sourcing strategies and candidate progress.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of shortlisted candidates to Recruitment Consultants for client submission.
Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews, confirm appointments with clients and candidates, and manage calendar invites.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure their attendance.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to candidates as needed.
CV and Cover Page Management:
  • Update and format candidate CVs to ensure a professional presentation.
  • Write compelling cover pages tailored to specific job requirements.
Vetting, Testing, and Referencing:
  • Conduct reference checks and pre-interview verifications.
  • Complete criminal and background checks before offers are finalized.
  • Ensure all vetting and testing are completed accurately and on time.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Manatal) and CRM (Close) systems.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies and address challenges.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ATS and CRM systems (Manatal and Close preferred), MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

As a Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Legends Agency, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of RNEG per month (basic) for the first three months.
  • A Connectivity Allowance of R1000 pm.
  • A Commission Structure that rewards your performance, including 2.5% on international permanent placements, 2.5% on local permanent placements, 2.5% of contract value for local contractors, and 5% on 40 placements or more.
