We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager and Assistant to our Senior Marketing Lead at People Dimension.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate technical and raw material requirements for new product development, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage project briefs that align with business objectives and company strategies.
  • Oversee the monitoring and management of new product development samples from initial stages to final production.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to test samples and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Create detailed specification sheets for new product development, outlining key features and performance metrics.
  • Prepare accurate files for costing purposes, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely sample completion and meet project deadlines.
  • Verify that all projects are completed efficiently, adhering to established timelines and budgets.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • A relevant diploma or certificate in marketing or graphic design is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is vital for producing high-quality work and ensuring accuracy in documentation.

**Salary Information:** We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
