The successful candidate will implement and monitor SHE policies, ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring SHE policies and procedures in compliance with legal and company standards.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-10 years' experience in SHE supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SHE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and train teams.
• Proficiency in report writing and incident investigation techniques.

Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer excellent benefits, including:

• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
• Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Duties and Responsibilities

The SHE Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensuring proper reporting and documentation of SHE-related activities, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Collaborating with managers and employees to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
