Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships with key accounts in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: You will work closely with our account teams to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet their requirements.
- Customer Visits: You will assist in organizing customer visits and negotiations to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Contract Negotiation: You will provide information to support contract negotiation and implementation with our customers.
- Communication: You will help coordinate communication with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college or university degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the mining industry, preferably with a background in customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
