International Customer Service and Multilingual Representative

We are seeking a skilled Spanish Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our prestigious client, a leading airline brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are fluent in Spanish and English, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the RoleThis position involves working in a dynamic and demanding call center environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. As an international contact centre, we value our staff and the relationships they build with our clients, which is why we prioritize training and development to ensure our representatives embody our clients' brands.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in both Spanish and English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls, including written correspondence as needed.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels.
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
- Probation period: 4 months.
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
Estimated Salary: R 300,000 - R 400,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
