At West Coast Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Support Professional to support our Account Executives with a range of administrative tasks, obtaining quotes, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist Account Executives with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

· Obtain and manage quotes from suppliers, taking into account accuracy and timeliness.

· Coordinate and manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, maintaining optimal organization and accessibility.

· Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors, upholding professional standards.

· Support in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations, ensuring high-quality output.

· Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, considering productivity and efficiency.

· Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents, contributing to a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

· Fluency in English and Afrikaans, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proven experience in office administration, preferably within a marketing or sales environment, demonstrating adaptability and expertise.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong understanding of software applications.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective task prioritization and execution.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering collaborative relationships.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

· A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask, handling multiple responsibilities with ease.
