Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to drive program strategy, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to address business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced global environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner;
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency gains;
  • A deep understanding of business operations, including financial management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
